The purpose of the below guideline is to provide clarity on the requirement for Learnership which are hosted within Sun Slots Shared Services.

Learning Programme Matrix for Learnerships

- NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION
Occupationally directed instructional and work-based learning program that requires a formal contract – formally assessed by an accredited body - DELIVERY MODE
Institutional instruction, together with structured, supervised experiential learning en the workplace - LEARNING SITE
• Institution • Workplace - LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT
Theoretical knowledge and workplace learning, resulting in the achievement of a South African Qualification Authority registered qualification, a certificate of other similar occupational or professional qualification issued by an accredited or registered formal institution of learning

The following should be submitted and is a requirement when applying
- Updated CV that includes the following:
- SA Citizenship
- Race and gender for employment equity reporting purposes to the Department of Employment and Labour (DEL)
- Must be unemployed
- Must not be older than 35
- ID Number
- Cellphone number and email address
- A clear copy of ID document
- Must have a matric certificate and be willing to work at the company to gain experience and sign up for a learnership
