Criteria for Selection
- Preference is given to: Grade 12 Learner Matriculated applicants waiting for a study opportunity, subject to proof of qualifying results
- Candidates in their 1st year of study within one of the available fields may also apply
- First year students who could not enrol for 2nd year due to lack of financial support may apply
- Resides in the province where the bursary is being offered
- Is a South African citizen with a valid identity document
- Is unemployed and between the ages of 18 and -35
- Combined family income of less than R800 000 per annum
